A meeting minute costs a minute — whatever the number of languages you translate into. Two languages or five, one hour of meeting is one hour of your plan. A meeting bot is counted the same way — there is no separate rate for it. Transcriber mode is included in every plan and uses the same balance. The app shows the meter live while you talk, so it is never a surprise.
So Manager’s 5 hours are 5 real hours of meetings — in two languages or in three. Plan hours are monthly: what you don’t use doesn’t roll into the next month. Voice-over has its own monthly hours (1 h on Manager, 2 h on Director, 4 h on Boss); an extra Voice hour is €9 and keeps for 90 days.

Numbers, names and legal terms are where AI slips — which is exactly why the original always stays on screen next to the translation, and why you can load your own glossary. In the replay at the top of this page the model gets a date wrong and then corrects itself. That is what a live model looks like, and we would rather show you than hide it.

Plan minutes are monthly — they come with the paid month and go with it, they don’t pile up. If your meetings arrive in bursts, take a bigger plan for the busy month and step down afterwards; the balance meter in the app always shows what is left.

No. It is a browser app — for you and for your guests, with nothing to download. If you would rather have it as an icon, your browser can add it to your home screen in a tap — but that is your choice, not a requirement, and there is no app store in the way.
